These cutters are made from PLA, a plastic that's generally recognised as safe and is derived from natural sources such as corn.

Care instructions:
Due to the biodegradable nature of PLA, prolonged exposure to water and/or heat above 40 degrees will cause it to deform and degrade. Cutters can deform when exposed to high temperatures (including direct sunlight in summer, or inside closed vehicles). Hand wash and dry out before and after use and store in a dry cool place and these cutters will last you for years to come.
